Title: Sweet & Sour Sausage Balls

Yield: 3 Servings

4lbPork sausage, sage flavor
4 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2cSoft bread crumbs
3cCatsup
3/4cBrown sugar, firmly packed
1/2cWhite wine
1/2cVinegar
1/2cSoy sauce

Mix together sausage, eggs and crumbs. Shape mixture into small balls, the size of small walnuts. Saute in frying pan until browned on all sides; drain. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over sausage balls and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot. If made ahead, refrigerate or freeze sausage balls in their sauce. To serve, reheat in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Randy Rigg
